Where is my order?
You can track your order at any time using the tracking link provided in your confirmation email. If you need additional assistance or can’t locate your tracking information, feel free to contact our support team and we’ll be happy to help.
How long will it take to process and ship?
Orders containing apparel and clothing typically require 3 to 5 weeks for processing before shipment. Please note that items are produced and fulfilled in weekly batches, which may affect processing times. Once your order has shipped, delivery time will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. You will receive a notification with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Softball bats will be shipped separately from all other items. Softball bat purchases are shipped in the order they are placed. "In Stock" softball bats may take 2 to 3 weeks to ship depending on the current workload of our warehouse.
If an order contains a pre-order item, the pre-order item will be shipped at a later time. An estimated shipping date will be listed on the item's product page. You will receive a notification with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

How do I start a return or exchange?

How long do I have to return or exchange apparel or clothing?
Defective items may be returned or exchanged within 30-days of delivery. You may exchange clothing items that do not fit for the same item in a different size within 30-days of delivery. You must initiate the process within 30-days by contacting us. Please see our refund policy for full details.
How long do I have to return or exchange a softball bat?
Bats purchased on our website, shop.cjbeatty.com, may be returned for a full refund within 90-days of order as long as the item has not been removed from its packaging and has not been used.
Defective softball bats may be returned for a replacement within 30-days of delivery. We reserve the right to deny a replacement or refund if we determine, in our sole discretion, that a softball bat was deliberately damaged or that it became damaged through misuse..
