Apparel and Clothing

All sales are final, with the exception of defective items. Clothing may be exchanged within 30-days of delivery, subject to our Exchange Policy as described below.

We will provide a return shipping label for defective items.

Softball Bats

Bats purchased on our website, shop.cjbeatty.com, may be returned for a full refund within 90-days of order as long as the item has not been removed from its packaging and has not been used.

Defective softball bats may be returned for a replacement within 30-days of delivery. We will provide a return shipping label for defective items. We reserve the right to deny a replacement or refund if we determine, in our sole discretion, that a softball bat was deliberately damaged or that it became damaged through misuse.

Exchanges

Apparel and Clothing

Apparel and clothing may be exchanged only for identical items of a different size. All exchanges must be initiated within 30-days of delivery. The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning items.

In the event that an identical item is no longer available, we may, at our sole discretion, offer the customer either store credit or a substitute item in the customer's preferred size.  Please note that it may take 3 to 5 weeks to receive a replacement item.
