Softball bats purchased from our website, shop.cjbeatty.com, come with a limited 1-year. Click here for full warranty details.

We will not ship back broken bats for any reason.

Exclusions

We reserve the right to deny a warranty claim If we, in our sole discretion, determine that a softball bat was deliberately damaged or that a softball bat was subjected to excessive force and/or misuse that would not reasonably occur when used by a youth athlete in the course of typical competitive or practice activities.

We will not ship back broken bats for any reason.

Replacement Program

We do not directly offer a replacement program for softball bats. 

Monsta Athletics Replacement Program

If you would like to have your bat replaced, you may optionally and additionally purchase a one-time lifetime replacement from Monsta Athetlics by visiting their website at https://www.monstaathletics.com/products/fastpitch-bat-trade-in.

This is only available for bats that are purchased at full price on our website or via a distributor. Replacements do not cover Special Edition bats, or bats that already are sold with coverages.

You are not guaranteed to get the same model as the original purchase. Replacement times vary. Replacements belong to the name on the order, and may not be transferred even if the bat it was intended for is sold.
